Refund and cancellation

These terms apply to paid consultations and planning services arranged with River Financial Organization Co., Ltd. (บริษัท River Financial Organization จำกัด), Tax ID (TIN) 0105407777167, info@toolkitriverpath.click, +66-2-375-8249.

Proposed terms — pending business confirmation: Specific fee amounts and session lengths are agreed in writing before payment. The windows below follow common Thai service-market practice until the business confirms otherwise.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for scheduled consultations or documented planning packages. Deposits labeled non-refundable in your confirmation letter are excluded.

Cancellation by you

• More than 5 business days before a scheduled session: full refund of prepaid fees to the original payment method.
• 3–5 business days before: 50% refund; remainder covers reserved calendar time.
• Less than 3 business days or no-show: no refund; you may reschedule once within 30 days subject to availability.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking at your choice.

After work has started

If document sorting or summary preparation has begun, refunds are limited to unused portions of multi-session packages, calculated from hours logged.

How to request

Email info@toolkitriverpath.click with your name, session date, payment reference, and reason. We respond within 5 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days; bank processing may add additional days.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is allowed when notice is given at least 3 business days ahead. Later changes follow the cancellation tiers above.

Non-refundable items

Third-party costs (courier, printing, software licenses purchased on your behalf) are reimbursed only with receipts and are otherwise non-refundable.

Consumer rights

Nothing here limits mandatory rights under the Thai Consumer Protection Act for unfair contract terms.
